Policies and procedures
Care Hubz has a robust and comprehensive set of policies and procedures that support best practise and legislative requirements. There are reviewed annually to ensure consistency and relevance.
Our policies are held electronically by Care Hubz and are available, if required, in hard copy. They can be requested from Director, Resonsible Individual or HR- (details below)
Care Hubz is committed to safeguarding children. The team are dedicated to refreshing knowledge and all staff receive regular training and ongoing evaluation of the home’s processes, together with ensuring the completion of comprehensive risk assessments.
We wish to ensure that all children are free from harm and take seriously the duty to protect and ensure children develop in positive environments, free from any abuse, bullying, maltreatment or impairment to their health and wellbeing.
Our Safeguarding Lead should be contacted in the first instance if you have a safeguarding concern in line with Care Hubz Whistleblowing and Safeguarding policies.

Notifications of serious events Reg 40
The Responsible Individual will notify a specified list of people in the event of a serious event as defined in the Regulation 40.
Insurance Cover
Our staff members are fully insured through employer’s liability insurance cover and full public liability insurance, proportionate with the level and extent of activities undertaken.
