The staff at Care and Youth Hubz recently completed a comprehensive two-day training program on September 25th and 27th. The training was facilitated by our in-house team of experienced instructors, who are part of the organisation’s dedicated Training and Development division.
The team teach training sessions covered a wide range of topics and skills essential for the staff’s roles in supporting the community’s youth. The curriculum included modules on effective communication strategies, conflict resolution techniques, program planning and implementation, as well as best practices in youth engagement.
Through a combination of interactive workshops, case studies, and hands-on activities, the participants had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, sharpen their facilitation abilities, and develop a deeper understanding of the organisation’s mission and values. The training also fostered collaboration and teamwork among the staff, as they engaged in group discussions and shared their experiences and insights.
The successful completion of this training program underscores the organisation’s commitment to professional development and equipping its staff with the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality services to the young individuals and families they serve.
